Timescale:
I aim to have a turn-around of 7-10 days per head; however this is
dependant on suitable weather for sealing and spraying etc. Full
photographs will be provided at all stages and approval sought before
completion and shipping. If you ask for a complete redo of the head,
please allow a further week for completion.
Planning:
Wherever possible please provide photographic reference or a
Photoshopped mock-up for colour scheme and eyebrow shape. I will redo a
face-up a maximum of twice if you are not satisfied; if upon completion
of a third face-up you are still not satisfied, your head will be
returned unpainted and a 50% refund issued. This
refund does not include return shipping. Please note:
eye-opening mods are non-refundable.
I reserve the
right to post photographs of completed commissions in my online gallery
as samples of my work.
